Four Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter
Stage 1. Sediment Filtration
Stage 1 removes all the sediment and larger contaminates that are in your water.
Stage 2: Carbon Filtration
Stage 2 uses carbon filtration to filter out chlorine, chloramine, herbicides, pesticides, and more.
Stage 3: Reverse Osmosis
Stage 3 uses Reverse Osmosis to filter out heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, fluoride, iron, aluminum and more.
Stage 4: Carbon Filtration

To the end user (customer), SpringWell Water ("SpringWell") warrants that all "covered items" including its fittings, FutureSoft media, tanks, housings, bypass's, valves, and in/out heads, shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship throughout the lifespan of the system under normal application, service and use.
The above warranties will not cover for defects or damage arising from:
- Improper handling, physical damage, modifications, misapplication, negligence, and abuse.
- Accident or defects caused by acts of God, such as fire or freezing.
- Failure to adhere to the instruction of the manufacturer during transportation, installation, and use.
Conditions of Privately owned Well Water (water sourced from the personal Well of a house owner). The treated water must satisfy the following criteria:
- Absence of hydrogen sulfide characterized by the presence of sulfur gas / rotten egg smell.
- The said water should be free of oils. Presence of which will coat the media leading to a reduction in its performance and efficiency.
- Levels of copper exceeding 1.30 mg/L are considered high and thus unacceptable.
- Presence of iron and/or manganese in the water will cause the media to become oxidized.

SPRINGWELL PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Lifetime Warranty on all SpringWell Water products
To the end user (customer), SpringWell Water ("SpringWell") warrants that all "covered items" including its fittings, FutureSoft media, tanks, housings, bypass's, valves, and in/out heads, shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship throughout the lifespan of the system under normal application, service and use.
Limited Warranty for a period of 10- years
To the end user (customer), SpringWell Water ("SpringWell") warrants that the following Covered items- retention tanks and mineral tanks (14" or larger) shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10-years under normal application, service and use.
Limited Warranty for a period of 5- years
To the end user (customer), SpringWell Water ("SpringWell") warrants that its solid-state electronic heads shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5-years under normal application, service and use.
LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The obligation of SpringWell to the customer:
Subject to these warranties the cost of labor covered for the replacement or repair of Covered Items. This includes the replacement of Cover Items such as filter cartridges, elements or lamps.
To the Customer:
Prior to return or repair, it is binding on the Customer to obtain from SpringWell Water a return goods authorization number. The option to return the Covered Items freight prepaid is reserved to SpringWell.
Return of Covered Items:
Following repair or replacement, Covered Items under these warranties shall be returned to the initial point of shipment by prepaid standard freight.
Should the Customer prefer to use the Expedited freight options, they'll be expected to bear the expenses.
Warranty:
- Warranties will not cover for defects or damage arising from:
- Improper handling, physical damage, modifications, misapplication, negligence, and abuse.
- Accident or defects caused by acts of God, such as fire or freezing.
- Failure to adhere to the instruction of the manufacturer during transportation, installation, and use.
- Improper maintenance such as failure to replace filters or media at the appropriate time will be judged as "neglect". So also, the installation of any system on water conditions beyond the recommended specification for that particular system will render the warranty void and non-binding.
- Only a registered owner is entitled to warranties under the condition the owner owns/lives in the home where the system was installed initially. Warranty will be considered nulled if the system is removed from the location it was installed initially.
- Warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
- This warranty qualifies and represents all other warranties to the customer, whether expressed or implied. This warranty disclaims without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or treatment of certain water conditions.
- SpringWell's liability as contained in this warranties shall not exceed the product's cost.
- SpringWell will not be held liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages. Including damages or expenses of any kind such as loss of use resulting from installation, use, inability to use the Covered Items, or any water treatment system the Covered Items are incorporated into.
- The laws of the state of Florida govern these warranties and it may change without notice at any point in time.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but due to Covid19 the shipment may delayed up to 4 days. All orders $29.00 and over receive free shipping. If you order on the weekend, please note that we do not work every weekend, therefore expect your order to be shipped out from SpringWell Water the next business day! 🙂

Shipping: Tracking your products
You will receive a tracking ID via your preferred e-mail for every order. Unfortunately, in rare cases, as is the case during a tracking-data base update by the carrier or due to the complexity of a carrier's tracking system it is possible that tracking information will become unavailable. If this happens, we kindly advise that you allow for up to 48-hours for our data base to update; meanwhile always feel free to contact customer service for more information regarding your order.
Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes we do have packages returned as "undeliverable." That said, we offer full refund minus shipping cost (in cases where delivery failed due to address error not the fault of SpringWell Water) for all undeliverable packages returned to us.
We do not re-ship undelivered packages. However, if you are still interested in items returned undelivered, kindly place a new order on our online store. However, contact us if any of these occurs: 1). You suspect your package won't be delivered as addressed; 2). You are yet to receive a notice confirming its return; or 3). Its weeks past the estimated delivery date and you are yet to get a refund.
Refused Shipments
SpringWell Water, will at its own volition choose to charge a customer return shipping charges if an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of ours. For items refused before delivery, SpringWell will not be held liable for the shipping cost. SpringWell reserves the right to charge 25% restock plus freight/shipping charges for all refused packages.
Damage and/or Lost Shipment
For claims of damaged or lost items (Small Package), return must be made within 10- days of delivery. As for freight shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and report any damage/ loss to the freight driver right away. For purpose of filing claims, we may request photos of damage from you. Please, due to the meticulous process involved, investigations may take up to 5 or 14 business days for loss and damage claims.
Policy on cancellation
You reserve the right to cancel any order before the shipping process commences. Note that orders that have commenced the shipping process cannot be cancelled by you or our customer support team. However, you are allowed to return the item for a refund. Contact our customer service via phone (not email) to initiate a cancellation of your order.

We accept, within six (6) months the return of all SpringWell brand items in their original condition for a full refund. However, shipping charges are not refundable- return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and SpringWell has the right to charge a 25% restock fee for all returned items.
For Water Test kits, you hold the right to return the item unused within 30 days.
Lastly, the following charges on taxes, brokerage, shipping, and customs as well as border crossing charges on shipments are not refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We invite you to try these products for six (6) months; subsequently you're free to return the product if you're not satisfied for a full, 100% refund minus a 25% restocking fee. However, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Taxes, brokerage, customs and border crossing fees on international shipments are not refundable; Note: water conditions must be in line with manufacturer specs.
Product Exchange
Contact customer support if you received a faulty item and wish to replace it for the same type of item. You will receive a prepaid return label from customer support to finalize the return process. A new shipment will be sent to you once we confirm the return of the faulty item.
If you are interested in another product and would like to exchange an item for it, please return the original item per our return policy then go ahead to place a new order for the product you desire. Please note that you can place a new order immediately without waiting for us to receive the original item.
